gym+tan day! weee~

i spent only 45 mins in the gym today coz i wasnt feeling very well, not in tiptop condition to train actually. but i went ahead anyway n as usual, i din regret! (=

here’s what i did today..

cardio:
– jogged on threadmill for 3 mins, inclined to 5, speed 7.7
– walked on threadmill after jogging, 3 mins, inclined to 12, speed 5.5

shoulders:
– shoulder press (5 sets, 3kg for first 2 sets with 15 reps, 5kg for last 3 sets with 12, 10, 10 reps)

legs:
– lunges (5 sets, 3kg for first 2 sets with 15 reps, 5kg for last 3 sets with 12, 10, 10 reps each)
– inner thighs (5 sets, 2 sets of 40 with 15 reps, 3 sets of 50 with 15 reps)

abs:
– crunch machine (5 sets, 4 for first 2 sets, 5 for next 2 sets, 20 reps each)

obliques:
– side dumbbell (5 sets each side, 3kg for first 2 sets, 5kg for lat 3 sets, 20 reps each)

thats abt it. i went tanning after gym! felt really good after a long time! sun was good with alil breeze every now n then(= was a short session though. enjoyed myself anyway (=

went to sch to print some exam stuff, ate n then here i am blogging at home! meeting ben n angie in abit! (=

my gym workout today.. (=

cardio:
– jogged on threadmill for 5 mins, inclined to 5, speed 7.0
– walked on threadmill after jogging, 3 mins, inclined to 12, speed 5.5

shoulders:
– shoulder press (5 sets, 3kg for first 2 sets with 15 reps, 5kg for last 3 sets with 12, 10, 10 reps)
– lateral raise (5 sets, 2kg for first 2 sets with 15 reps, 3kg for last 3 sets with 12, 10, 10)
– frontal raise (3 sets of 5kg with 12 reps each)

legs:
– squats (5 sets, barbell of 2.5kg for first 2 sets with 15 reps, increased to 5kg for last 3 sets with 12 reps each)
– inner thighs (3 sets of 15 reps, 40)

upper back:
– lats pulldown (5 sets, 30 for first 2 sets with 15 reps, 40 for last 3 sets with 12, 10, 10)

abs:
– crunch machine (5 sets, 3 for first 2 sets, 4 for next 2 sets, 5 for last set, 20 reps each)

arms:
– triceps (5 sets, 3kg for first 2 sets with 15 reps, 5kg for last 3 sets with 12 reps)

felt really goooood! (=
i’m gonna record my gym training everytime after i gym to track the weights i’m carrying! hopefully i’ll be able to achieve my dream beyonce-j.alba-michchia-jenaniston body!! hur hur..

anyway here comes updates from f1!
we had to work during the redbull f1 race party this yr coz of budgets, went for a swim with the girls after my class, then washed up n prepared for the party! (=
dnt really feel like mentioning much abt the party coz we only managed to get in at 230, party ended at 3! booo!

then came the long-awaited f1! this yr we were involved in paddock tours so we experienced alot! (=
randall n melody were there for their paddock tour on the first day!

then we saw a cute rally driver while waiting for delroy to pass us the passes. heh.

managed to take pics with david coulthard the retired redbull team driver! he’s really tall n charming..

we went to the last day of f1rocks!!!! with adelyn, dennet n belle!
it was awesome!!! coz there was BEP n Hottie Beyonce!! haha

u guys shld see beyonce n u’ll know why she has my dream body! but of course, without the boobs which i’ll never be able to achieve. haha. heard she underwent butt surgery but look at her legs!! wooooo~

butter with the girls last fri! ann tried to murder us that night by ordering double vodka redbull. yes she’s mad! haha. we had lots of fun anyway! great knowing pj n kim! (=

weiqi n van joined us later in the night!

okay the last pic looks alil unglam but our feet were aching hell towards the end of the night! i was stepped in between my large toe n the index toe so it was even more unbearable! )=

my braces are off alr!!!!!

yes i removed my braces last tue! (=
but i dnt seem to have the million-dollar-smile baby mentioned everyone will have when braces are off! haha.

updates:
on a sat after baby’s first aid course. had dinner at manhatten fish market for the first time. too bad food wasnt that fantastic. service was really good though, so we still enjoyed the dinner(= been a long time since we splurged on food! (=

went ktv with baby on one of a weds! was alil rusty after close to 6 months but we had fun! (=

met part of the wiiings team after that to play netball! been superrrr long since i last played n it was the first sports outing together with the girls! we perspired, ran alot n had lots of fun! hope to have more of this in future! (=

we lost 5 grams, then gained 5 kgs by eating pizzas n drumlets sponsored by ann! haha. look at the amount of food!!!

met the girls at the popeyes at the Singapore flyer! had a quick dinner then left for home! (=

worked for GCA for the past 4 days, just to earn enough money for the hk trip. it was super tiring but had fun with the great company i worked with(= was dressed up as a character in GE (Granado Espada) ate lots of chocolates n i gained weight!!!!! )=

i’ve got pics from the NUS underground party! only 4 though. the rest are somewhere in the office. heh.

went zouk with the girls last sat coz aimin’s company was hosting the supermodelme finals. we had loads of free drinks from the coupons we could redeem before ten. yes, before ten, n we got all the drinks ready, different mixers with vodka, n many many tiger beers which sucked! we had soooo many drinks coz each of us gets 1 russian stand n tiger beer n there were abt 15 of us i think. which explains. heh.

reached there really early, then had dinner at the coffeeshop before going in. we had lots of fun! (= then came abt 2am, we left for supper coz most of us are tired alr. it was then we realised we’re not that young anymoreeee…

weiqi was there with her friends so i snapped a pic with her before we met shaun n gf, dennis n dom. chatted, drank abit, then went back to the group..

okay besides all these pics, my life has been very mundane coz i’ve been working 5 days a week aside from wed for class n sat for a break..
soooo, since tmr’s my break, i’m gonna gym(missed out wed’s session since grandma was still hospitalised n i was really tired)! meeting baby, edric, meiying n her friends for a trip to jb after that! (=

before i start updating about my weekend, here are some pics taken exactly a month back when the girls met for dinner at waraku n helipad after! from cass k(=
we had a nice dinner at waraku, central, painted nails n making so much noise the whole place felt like ours. thanks to weiqi! haha. waited for ann to arrive before heading up to helipad.

celebrated my bday on friday with ben n angie(= had dinner at this jap bbq restaurant at robertson walk called Aburiya. the prawns, scallops and beef tenderloins are our favvvss! super yummy! (=
they bought me a miu miu wallet! i was treated like a lil girl that dinner. so loved! heh. till we grow old n grey, we’ll still be meeting up n yakking about everything, yes we can do that with ben! heh. thanks so much sweets! hugss!
stella joined us after that when we headed back to georges at siglap. she shared many many scary stories with us. favs! (=

ser dropped by at siglap just to pass me my bday present from the girls! a camera! they were so sweet la! rushed to get the present in time so i can use it for my bday! (= love u girls! muacks!

celebrated the eve of my bday with baby. he cooked beef teriyaki and japanese fried rice! it was simple but really delicious! the beef was perfectly cooked, having watched that youtube clip so many times that boy! haha. thanks baby!(= had a nice chat with baby n his mum after dinner. very nice(=

we cut my fav cake on the actual day! baby then presented me the simple card he made! cant wait for his gifts to arrive from states! my sephora kit n eye shadow! (=

on the actual day, travelled home with baby coz mummy cooked for my bday celebration. there was curry with my fav potatoes n chicken breast meat, noodles, granny’s special sataysss, n SUSHI!
then there was a simple fruit cake mummy rushed to get coz she went back to indo till fri night n came back just to cook for me.. sooo sweet! (=

met the girls for poker after dinner at home then home sweet home! gymed with baby yest after all the sinful indulgence! felt good after that workout! (=

i had a great weekend n i hope all of u enjoyed the long weekend too! (=

gonna have a simple, low-cost celebration this yr coz baby n i are saving up for the yr-end trip, that, will be the highlight of the yr! (=

went town on a random weekday n watched movie impromptu. it was a weird movie but we enjoyed, laughing abt it after that. heh
had coffee at gloria jean’s while waiting for the movie(=

worked a whole 10 hrs on thurs from 5pm to 3am for an NUS party.
we played hard after working hard(=

then came the long-awaited sentosa trip! (=
met suyi n jer at cashew before heading down to tanjong beach.

we played volleyball, handball, monkey n took many many super unglam pics! only for personal viewing! haha

showered then gathered at cashew to prepare for the bbq! the theme was BLACK AND/OR WHITE! inspired by MJ! heh. got food from bukit panjang plaza n then prepared the ingredients..

was playing mj when ser suddenly brought a cake out! (=

that was the star-shaped ‘t&co’ bracelet specially made by dear angie, using alumminium foil!! amazing right? she’s sooo sweet! (=
