gym+tan day! weee~

i spent only 45 mins in the gym today coz i wasnt feeling very well, not in tiptop condition to train actually. but i went ahead anyway n as usual, i din regret! (=

here’s what i did today..

cardio:
- jogged on threadmill for 3 mins, inclined to 5, speed 7.7
- walked on threadmill after jogging, 3 mins, inclined to 12, speed 5.5

shoulders:
- shoulder press (5 sets, 3kg for first 2 sets with 15 reps, 5kg for last 3 sets with 12, 10, 10 reps)

legs:
- lunges (5 sets, 3kg for first 2 sets with 15 reps, 5kg for last 3 sets with 12, 10, 10 reps each)
- inner thighs (5 sets, 2 sets of 40 with 15 reps, 3 sets of 50 with 15 reps)

abs:
- crunch machine (5 sets, 4 for first 2 sets, 5 for next 2 sets, 20 reps each)

obliques:
- side dumbbell (5 sets each side, 3kg for first 2 sets, 5kg for lat 3 sets, 20 reps each)

thats abt it. i went tanning after gym! felt really good after a long time! sun was good with alil breeze every now n then(= was a short session though. enjoyed myself anyway (=

went to sch to print some exam stuff, ate n then here i am blogging at home! meeting ben n angie in abit! (=

my gym workout today.. (=

cardio:
- jogged on threadmill for 5 mins, inclined to 5, speed 7.0
- walked on threadmill after jogging, 3 mins, inclined to 12, speed 5.5

shoulders:
- shoulder press (5 sets, 3kg for first 2 sets with 15 reps, 5kg for last 3 sets with 12, 10, 10 reps)
- lateral raise (5 sets, 2kg for first 2 sets with 15 reps, 3kg for last 3 sets with 12, 10, 10)
- frontal raise (3 sets of 5kg with 12 reps each)

legs:
- squats (5 sets, barbell of 2.5kg for first 2 sets with 15 reps, increased to 5kg for last 3 sets with 12 reps each)
- inner thighs (3 sets of 15 reps, 40)

upper back:
- lats pulldown (5 sets, 30 for first 2 sets with 15 reps, 40 for last 3 sets with 12, 10, 10)

abs:
- crunch machine (5 sets, 3 for first 2 sets, 4 for next 2 sets, 5 for last set, 20 reps each)

arms:
- triceps (5 sets, 3kg for first 2 sets with 15 reps, 5kg for last 3 sets with 12 reps)

felt really goooood! (=
i’m gonna record my gym training everytime after i gym to track the weights i’m carrying! hopefully i’ll be able to achieve my dream beyonce-j.alba-michchia-jenaniston body!! hur hur..

anyway here comes updates from f1!
we had to work during the redbull f1 race party this yr coz of budgets, went for a swim with the girls after my class, then washed up n prepared for the party! (=
dnt really feel like mentioning much abt the party coz we only managed to get in at 230, party ended at 3! booo!

then came the long-awaited f1! this yr we were involved in paddock tours so we experienced alot! (=
randall n melody were there for their paddock tour on the first day!

my braces are off alr!!!!!

yes i removed my braces last tue! (=
but i dnt seem to have the million-dollar-smile baby mentioned everyone will have when braces are off! haha.

on a sat after baby’s first aid course. had dinner at manhatten fish market for the first time. too bad food wasnt that fantastic. service was really good though, so we still enjoyed the dinner(= been a long time since we splurged on food! (=

met part of the wiiings team after that to play netball! been superrrr long since i last played n it was the first sports outing together with the girls! we perspired, ran alot n had lots of fun! hope to have more of this in future! (=

worked for GCA for the past 4 days, just to earn enough money for the hk trip. it was super tiring but had fun with the great company i worked with(= was dressed up as a character in GE (Granado Espada) ate lots of chocolates n i gained weight!!!!! )=
