gym+tan day! weee~

i spent only 45 mins in the gym today coz i wasnt feeling very well, not in tiptop condition to train actually. but i went ahead anyway n as usual, i din regret! (=

here’s what i did today..

cardio:
– jogged on threadmill for 3 mins, inclined to 5, speed 7.7
– walked on threadmill after jogging, 3 mins, inclined to 12, speed 5.5

shoulders:
– shoulder press (5 sets, 3kg for first 2 sets with 15 reps, 5kg for last 3 sets with 12, 10, 10 reps)

legs:
– lunges (5 sets, 3kg for first 2 sets with 15 reps, 5kg for last 3 sets with 12, 10, 10 reps each)
– inner thighs (5 sets, 2 sets of 40 with 15 reps, 3 sets of 50 with 15 reps)

abs:
– crunch machine (5 sets, 4 for first 2 sets, 5 for next 2 sets, 20 reps each)

obliques:
– side dumbbell (5 sets each side, 3kg for first 2 sets, 5kg for lat 3 sets, 20 reps each)

thats abt it. i went tanning after gym! felt really good after a long time! sun was good with alil breeze every now n then(= was a short session though. enjoyed myself anyway (=

went to sch to print some exam stuff, ate n then here i am blogging at home! meeting ben n angie in abit! (=
