gone for awhile, now i’m back again!

did i mention i went back to redbull?
oh yes i think i did(=
its been busy working, gyming, got sick last sun n i got that so-afraid-i-had-(HINI) shit coz liwen’s jason n alexis’s bf got HINI last week. thank god they recovered alr n i’m recovering from my flu too, though its kinda slow, having to be outdoors most of the week n oh, the erratic weather!
and so aimin came back from phuket, their mini honeymoon, n ser from hongkong for a holiday!
cant wait for our GRAD TRIP this NOV!!!!!!! tickets have been booked n I’M SOVERY VERY EXCITED!! heee..
the difficult part now is to save up the sum of money, so i’ll be slogging hard this aug to oct. besides weds n sats, i’ll be on the road, out there sampling! heh.

went to vivo with mummy last last sat n bought many many things! (=then i got sick the next day. my cousins moved house so my house is slightly quieter without 2 of them. i cant wait to move out of this house too!

i’ve just gone through another long battle like what had happened abt 2 yrs back..

i’ve decided to go back to redbull, which is still a comfort zone, but i hope to do more than that. planning to learn more from pearl so i can replace her in admin. dnt really know whether i’ll be taking over her coz i havent talked to daryl, but i really hope i can get a chance to! (=

i’m actually feeling excited to be back with the team!! i missed all the girls to bitsss!

the long-awaited arrival of yan few weeks ago!! (= met ser, doug, suyi n jer for some shopping at vivo before..

we had a great dinner at funan after angie’s haircut n dye, met yan(finally) after her dinner with her parents.

ended up at Vista Bar at east coast after walking in circles for a good chill-out place. heh. live band there wasnt too bad, i specially like the slower version poker face that guy sang! unique!

it was a nice, sweet reunion! (=

we met a few days later i think, this time with aimin coz she was away at batam that weekend.

had dinner at the nice outdoor restaurant(i forgot the name!) at tanjong pagar after picking aimin. food was not bad! we also presented aimin’s super-belated birthday present shipped from US (= spot the gift! heh

last week. met suyi n yan to get may’s cam at simlim.

then dinner with qiuyan n aimin, as alr planned without me n suyi. heh. we joined them since we had nothing to do. we decided to play mj after dinner! haha. i think thats the only thing we do nowadays, esp on days we cldnt tan! lol

long hiatus..

i’m back after a long hiatus!
been busy with work n some personal issues.
everyone’s been busy so the meeting-up sessions have been reduced too! cant wait to see the girls n then yan will be back on sat! (=
too bad i’m still braced.. was expecting to have them removed before she comes back! hopefully i’ll be brace-free by 7th aug, just in time for my bday! best bday gift ever!!!!! heh.

met joce, joan, ping n leen last fri after sooo long! shiwei dropped by for abit too but had to head home to rest coz of her wisdom tooth extraction. hope she’s feeling better now(=
it was a really short meeting coz i had to rush off, but we caught up with each other as much as we can n it feels the same(= like how we always joke around n chat back in sec sch days.. they never fail to relive the silly, yet memorable days where we had no worries, whatsoever. feels really good to be in the company of familiar girls, we’re like a family! been busy learning new things, going from showflats to showflats, in n out of office, in formal most of the time n it kinda sucks, since wearing heels for long hrs, walking around the whole day makes my feet ache like hell! boooo!

last days with kickass RB!

my last days with redbull were a blast! (=
it was activations after activations all the way till the X-Fighters, which was a huge success! the turnout was unbelievable n i’m REALLY, REALLY proud to be part of the team, the triumph! (=
i never regretted joining the awesome, fun-loving team. love the girls to the MAXXXXest! will definitely miss them truckloadssssss!
we took the uber-coooool landrover out during the last few days of activation, drove around everywhere that are packed with ppl n distributed flyers, shouted over the stinky loudhailer in the landrover n dancing to mambo music. n yes it was on a wed n work stretched all the way till night(= some guys actually thought we were like a moving mambo party! awesomenessss!

had dinner at newton before heading down to zouk n butter for moreeee flyer distribution. heh

then it was 2 days before the event, went down office to meet ann for an evaluation since i was leaving, then met baby in town.

masked my phone n went for mani & pedi while waiting, when baby left for a meeting! love my new phone mask! (=

then it was the event day! met at pan pac, thanks to darryl who got us a room there so we cld freshen up after the event for the after-party at butter(= then we got ready for the major event of the yr! (=

went back to the room after the event, showered n all then headed for butter!

been super long since i last partied n drank but it was totally kickass! (= we reached there only abt 1am though, so it was a rather short party since butter closes quite early..

Highlights: Aimin’s 23rd BDAY!!

we bought couple of stuff before heading for suyi’s, the long-awaited mj session since mugging started! heh

had dinner at bakerzin! the cheesecake ice cream is yummmmmss! (=

then it was work work work ever since exams ended, till fri!!

celebrated aimin’s belated bday at suyi’s as usual. went over to meet ser n suyi earlier, got cake, ordered pizza, took pics, n played mj first while waiting for aimin n angie (=

then aimin n angie came n the actual celebration begun! haha
it was strawberry shortcake! it was goood! shared the cake n then resumed mj, as we caught up with each other, trying to fill each other in on the ‘missing info’. heh. we wished yan was here with us!!!! cant wait!! one more mth!!!! (=

been working for 2 consecutive days n i’ll be working again tmr! this coming sat is the Redbull X-Fighters so we’ve been doing loads of flyer blitz! it will be the last event with me working in Redbull so i’m grabbing every chance to work within this mth! (=
looking forward to challenging work environment come JUNE! wish me luck! (=

granny’s birthday!!

exams are over yet i dnt feel the ease i ought to. the paper was really tough just now n i can only prayyyyy.. )=

exam matters aside, we celebrated my grandma’s bday last sun, which was the eve of my very first paper! had dinner at this vegetarian restaurant.  it was a buffet actually.

it was a very traditional, annual celebration kinda thing. used to include my granddad, which made up 2 celebrations annually.. everyone at home miss granddad! i think he prolly reincarnated alr, according to mummy. heh

the food there wasnt too bad. but definitely not fantastic. cld do with a better place for a bday celebration. everyone was happy though(= heh. din take pics of the food coz we were all starving alr when we reached the restaurant! hur hur..

i finally got down to start reading the twilight series(yes i’m super SLOW i know! HAHA) after watching the movie. remembered months back when it was first screened, i refused to watch the movie coz i thought it was just another teenage fiction. heh

i thought the story turned out rather interesting! the language is simpler, targeted at teenagers n mostly youngsters. i’m sure the twilight series will lead me wanting more from stephanie meyer though!(=

but seriously, J.K Rowling will beat stephanie meyer hands down i bet! hah

i cooked baked rice (without cheese) for baby n family on fri. it was good friday n the baked rice was meant for baby’s bday(=

baby’s very happy so i’m very happy too! heee(=
nick gave baby a tennis ball.. with money stuffed inside!!!! n wrapped very nicely by peggy! heh. very cute!!

i guess my hair looks better now.. ermm not really too, but well at least its not that bulky! (= heh
oh i bought this mini iron for my hair yest!! at a steal with a free hair mask!! (= its in credit but we’re still happy we bought it coz we got a nail file n buffer tooo!! it was exhilarating! heee.

went for Bikeasia 2009 at expo and the first filming of ‘Live n loaded’ which was featured every tue on ch 5. saw electrico n they’re quite good! the studio looks really messy n small though. how deceiving! heh

this was vday! (= waited for baby to be back from sch or tuition i think. he’s such a sweet pig! haha

cut my hair 2 saturdays ago when baby went for his photography class! there’s no difference i know. haha

did a super disgusting hair mask 2 sundays back with baby. we were desperate to treat our damaged hair! haha we googled n all, n decided to do this: add egg, mayo and olive oil, all in the same proportions. then apply on ur hair n wrap it up with a towel or whatever to keep it warm.
the thought of mayo on our hair immediately turned us off since we’re not a mayo-lovers! haha. we had fun anyway though the smell was horrendous!!! haha
baby kept sneaking shots of me while i was doing my assignments!!! irritating!

met the girls on a random thursday. suyi, angie for lunch before jenny joined us for abit. then met ser n aimin for dinner at popeyes after suyi left. i’m very very happy for angie now! (=

finished up our assignment in sch on a thurs then had our last amca lect on fri. baby n i left for town after that. had dinner then home sweet home! (=

last fri with baby. went to his aunt’s for dinner then suyi’s for mj! (=
bravo ran away last thurs n we were so flustered, went around the estate to look for him but to no avail. thank god suyi’s neighbour’s maid found him n brought him back! (= bravo prolly fell into a drain n became unconscious so he din hear us call him that night. that was what they guessed. hehe. i almost cldnt recognise bravo coz he went back home with a brown patch on his head, which i thought looked rather cute. new look! heh
thank god, really, that bravo went back! (=
